Frequently asked questions:
Rapid transformational therapy
Of the 40,000 to 60,000 thoughts you have each day, nearly 95% of them are subconscious. It is in the subconscious mind that your insecurities, fears, limiting beliefs and emotional residue from painful events reside. Over time, these subconscious patterns of thought can contribute to emotional or physical dysfunction, distress, or dis-ease and prevent you from creating the life you want.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a multiple-award winning technique that allows you to access emotional content and memories deeply buried in your subconscious mind. Once revealed, you can transform the negative patterns at their root, freeing you to create new, intentional beliefs and ways of being to propel you to greater health and happiness.
+ What is the RTT Experience?
The Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Experience is a powerful, deep-dive process to identify to where an issue began and completely rewrite the story to match the life desired. This information is stored deep in your subconscious mind and hypnosis allows you to unpack, understand and transform it.
This month-long experience includes four total sessions and support. You receive:
- one two-hour Rapid Transformational Therapy session to discover and transform the the roots of the issue being addressed. This may be done in-office or over Zoom.
- a fully personalized Rapid Rewiring Recording that you will listen to for at least 28 days to reprogram your mind at the deepest level.
- three 20-minute "fine-tune and support" sessions to keep you on track and make any adjustments for maximum results.
+ What does hypnosis feel like?
The experience feels different for each person. Some feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, others do not. Most people feel very relaxed and at ease. What's most important is to know that how you feel isn't an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like--it's working, I promise.
+ Is one month all I need?
For many situations, yes! RTT is extremely effective and has resolved many issues for my clients in a month. However, more complex issues that are multi-layered (e.g., addictions, PTSD, trauma) may require additional sessions of RTT.
+ Is it more effective in person?
No. The sessions are equally as powerful and effective whether you choose to do them in-office or over Zoom.
+ Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No, you can not. You can talk, respond to my questions and move your body while hypnotized. You're in a state of deep relaxation and you have complete control the entire time.
+ What if I think I already know the reasons for my issue?
The regression may take you to scenes and memories that are familiar to you and that you think of often, but you will now be able to process them in a different way. Sometimes seemingly unrelated to completely forgotten memories arise that have a connection to the issue being addressed.
+ What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
If you recall painful or difficult memories of abuse or other trauma, it's important to remember that you are not reliving the experience, you are simply reviewing it. Observing it as a witness gives you create a greater understanding and opens the door for healing a deep and meaningful way.
+ When will I start to see changes?
Changes may be experienced from your RTT session in three different ways:
- Immediate: you feel a massive shift right away--immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors occur right in the session.
- Incremental: you see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
- Retroactive: you don't see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life, or someone else notices a positive change in you.
